At the interface of business and IT

Operating at this part of any project can be challenging, this is the place to which fingers are pointed when assigning responsibility for failure and away from which they are traditionally pointed to show where things are “OK” and “Not my problem”. But this is the place at which three critical elements of any organisation’s success converge. Business Process and IT systems (“the things that are done”); Management (“the people who organise things to be done”) and Leadership (“the people who inspired the change in the first place and who need things to get done so that the next things can get done”).
